MTProto proxies are the best for Telegram, no doubt. I’ve tried a few, and https://proxyline.com has been the most reliable for me. Their paid proxies are fast and don’t get blocked. Free proxies for Telegram are just too risky—they might work for a bit, but they’re not worth the hassle in the long run.
