Will It Appear That I'm on Their Account on TikTok?

Quick question for you all: if I view someone's profile on TikTok, will it appear that I'm on their account on TikTok? I’ve been curious about how the privacy settings work.

I know that TikTok doesn’t notify users when someone views their profile, but I’m not sure if they can see any kind of history or if I show up somewhere.

Exactly! I’ve checked a few profiles myself and never got any notifications. So, you can browse without worrying too much.

I think the only way they might suspect you’ve viewed their profile is if you interact with their content, like leaving comments or likes. Otherwise, it’s pretty private.

I’ve been using TikTok for a while and I can confirm that viewing a profile doesn’t show up anywhere for the user. Just stay away from the DMs if you’re worried! 😂
