Ugh, the "session expired facebook hacked" thing is such a pain. Happened to me too, and I was so stressed.
First, change your password and enable 2FA. Then, check your email for any suspicious activity. Hackers sometimes try to take over your email too.
If you’re still locked out, try this link: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify. It’s FB’s official recovery page and walks you through the steps.
Also, tell your friends to report the weird messages they got from "you." That helps FB flag the hacker faster.

Oh no, the "session expired facebook hacked" message is the worst. Happened to me too, and I was so stressed.
First, change your password and enable 2FA. Then, check your recent activity under Security and Login. If you see anything suspicious, log it out.
If you’re still locked out, try this tool: https://www.facebook.com/hacked. It’s FB’s official recovery page and really helped me.
Also, warn your friends not to click on any links from "you" until you’re back in.
