Had the same thing! Some proxies just don’t play nice with certain sites.
Quick test: Open Chrome in incognito (sometimes proxies don’t apply there). If the sites load, it’s 100% the proxy server in chrome.
If you’re stuck, try a different proxy service or just go without one for a bit.
