I got a new phone, new SIM, and used a VPN. But honestly, Instagram still flagged me after a week. I think they track more than just the device and IP.
If you’re gonna try it, maybe use a completely new email and avoid using the same Wi-Fi. It’s a hassle, but worth a shot.
