Hey! I’ve been in your shoes. Got device banned and freaked out lol. I followed the "device ban reddit new phone instagram" advice and got a new phone.
I didn’t use a new SIM, just a different Wi-Fi network. It worked for a while, but then I got banned again. I think it’s because I used the same email.
So my advice? New phone, new email, and maybe even a new IP. Don’t risk it with old info.
