ugh, i feel you. why does it say location expired on iPhone?? it’s so annoying.
i fixed it by making sure both me and my friend had location services turned on and that we were sharing locations properly. also, check if their phone is charged lol.
if nothing works, maybe try resetting network settings? it’s a pain but it helped me once.
