hey! i’ve been through this and it’s such a pain. i used a service called accountfixer.com to help me with my appeal. they basically handle everything for you, but it’s not free.
if you wanna do it yourself, make sure you’re super clear in your appeal and include as much info as possible. insta can be picky about that stuff.
