Sooo my Insta account got disabled outta nowhere 😭 and I’m freaking out. I’ve been trying to figure out *how to appeal Insta account* but honestly, it’s such a mess.
Has anyone here actually managed to get their account back? Like, what did you even do? I filled out the appeal form, but idk if I did it right lol.
Also, how long does it take to hear back? I’m lowkey losing hope rn. Any tips or hacks for *how to appeal Insta account* would be a lifesaver.

omg same thing happened to me last month!! i was so stressed lol. but i filled out the appeal form and also emailed support@instagram.com directly. idk if it helped but i got my account back in like 5 days.

ugh insta is the worst with this stuff. i got my account back after 2 weeks of waiting. i think the key is to be super detailed in your appeal form. like, explain everything clearly and attach any proof if you have it (like screenshots or IDs).
also, try reaching out to insta on twitter (@instagram). sometimes they respond faster there. good luck!!

also, make sure you’re checking your email (including spam) for updates from insta. they usually respond within 7-10 days. don’t lose hope!

if you wanna do it yourself, make sure you’re super clear in your appeal and include as much info as possible. insta can be picky about that stuff.
