How to Open and Run Python Files with UTF-8 Encoding in Jupyter Notebook?

Yo, dealing with jupyter-notebook open python with utf-8 is such a pain sometimes. I feel you!
Have you tried opening the file in a text editor first (like VS Code or Notepad++) and saving it explicitly as UTF-8? Sometimes Jupyter just needs a nudge.

Also, if you’re using pandas or something, you can specify encoding when reading files:
`pd.read_csv('file.csv', encoding='utf-8')`
Not sure if that’s your exact use case, but worth a shot!
