Yo, I had this exact problem last week. My fix was super simple—I just changed the DNS settings on my PS5. Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Custom, and when it asks for DNS, use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS). Worked like a charm for me.
