Can someone explain whatismyproxy and how it works?

Thanks for all the replies, guys! I checked out whatismyproxy, and it’s pretty straightforward like you said. It showed me that my proxy is working, so that’s cool.

I also tried IPinfo like someone suggested, and it gave me way more details about my IP. Super helpful!

One quick question though—does whatismyproxy work for all types of proxies, or just certain ones? Like, does it detect residential proxies too?
