i read somewhere that instagram flags accounts if you do too many actions in a short time, even if it's just liking posts. i waited like 24 hours and tried again, and it worked! maybe just give it some time?
also, try clearing your cache or using a VPN if you're still blocked. i used NordVPN and it helped me log back in. hope this helps!
