ugh, instagram is so annoying with this stuff. i got IP blocked by Instagram but I'm not botting either, and it was so frustrating.
from what i know, instagram has this weird algorithm that detects "suspicious activity" even if you're just being active. it's super annoying.
to get unblocked, i just waited it out. it took about a day for me. if you're desperate, you can try contacting instagram support through their help center, but good luck with that lol. their support is basically non-existent.
