ugh, instagram is the worst with this. i got IP blocked by Instagram but I'm not botting, and it was so frustrating.
from what i've heard, instagram blocks IPs if they detect too many actions in a short time, even if it's just normal activity. i waited like a day and it was fine.
if you're still blocked, try using a different network or a VPN. i used Surfshark, and it worked for me. also, avoid using any automation tools, even if you're not botting. instagram hates that stuff.
