Bro, restarting the router doesn’t always work—you gotta force an IP release.

On Windows, open CMD and type:
`ipconfig /release`
then
`ipconfig /renew`

If that fails, call your ISP and ask for a new IP. Some will do it if you say you’re "having connectivity issues."
