Ugh, proxies are the worst. Here’s a no-nonsense way:

1. Open Chrome (or whatever browser).
2. Settings > Advanced > System > Open proxy settings.
3. Toggle off the proxy thingy.

If that doesn’t work, maybe your admin locked it? Try checking with your IT if it’s a work PC.
