ugh same here! been battling the Instagram error: result code hung (laptop) for days.

found a weird fix tho—switched to incognito mode in chrome and it worked?? no idea why but maybe give it a shot.

also, downdetector.com showed a spike in insta issues earlier, so could be their servers acting up.
