Hey! Had the same issue last week. For Windows 10, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.

Under "Manual proxy setup," toggle off "Use a proxy server."

Sometimes it’s also in Internet Options (Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections tab > LAN settings). Uncheck "Use a proxy server" there too.

If it keeps resetting, run a malware scan—some junk might be forcing it. Hope that helps!
