Anyone here using telepoint asn? I’ve been considering switching to them for a while now, but wanna hear some real-world experiences first.
How’s the network performance? Any lag or downtime issues? I’ve heard mixed things, but tbh, it’s hard to tell what’s legit and what’s just noise.
Also, how’s their customer support? Are they quick to fix stuff if something goes sideways?
Would really appreciate any insights or even just a quick “it’s solid” or “nah, avoid it” lol.
