Proxy yt’s been trash for me too. Switched to DNS proxies (like SmartDNS) and it’s way better—no buffering, but setup’s a pain.

YT’s def cracking down, so free proxies are dying. If you’re serious, just get a paid VPN.

Also, disable HTML5 player—sometimes that helps.
