What's the best way to use proxy yt without getting blocked? or Does proxy yt still work reliably for

Still get occasional buffering, but switching servers helps.

Quick Q: anyone know if YT can detect VPNs *and* throttle your main account later? Like, if I log in after using a proxy, am I screwed?
