Yo, if you're still struggling, try this:
1. Press Win + R, type "inetcpl.cpl" (no quotes), hit Enter.
2. Go to Connections > LAN settings.
3. Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN."
Boom, done.
Sometimes malware messes with proxies too, so run a scan with Malwarebytes just in case.
