Is rar.bg still a reliable source for downloads? or Has anyone had issues with rar.bg lately?

Dude, rar.bg is a mess. Files won’t open, links die mid-download, and the ads are borderline malicious.

I’ve switched to igg-games.com for now. Not perfect, but at least the downloads work.

Also, use Brave browser—blocks most of the crap automatically.
