I've been using Windscribe's chrome proxy extension for a while now, and it’s been solid. The free version gives you 10GB/month, which is decent for light browsing.
Speed’s pretty good, and they claim not to log your data. Plus, you can manually set up their proxy if you wanna skip the extension.
