Hey guys, so I've seen a ton of games on Roblox that use copyrighted stuff like anime characters, Marvel skins, or even straight-up copied mechanics from other games.
But is copyright games on Roblox against TOS? Like, what’s the actual rule? I know some get taken down, but others stay up for years.
Are they just lucky, or does Roblox only act if the original company complains? Also, what’s the risk? Just a warning, or could your account get banned?
Would love some clarity cuz I don’t wanna accidentally break rules. Thanks!
