Hey! Had the same issue last week. Easiest way to remove a proxy server is through Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy.

Just toggle off "Use a proxy server" under Manual proxy setup. Works for both Win 10 and 11.

If that doesn’t work, try running "netsh winhttp reset proxy" in Command Prompt as admin. Quick fix!
