Hey OP, just wanted to say thanks for all the tips! The "netsh winhttp reset proxy" command worked perfectly.
Weirdly, my browser still had proxy settings, so I cleared those too. All good now! 🙌
(Also, that Proxy Switcher tool someone mentioned looks handy for future mess-ups.)
