Hey everyone,
So, uh, is anyone else having issues with Shadowrocket UA WiFi connectivity lately? I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid, but the past couple of days have been a mess.
Like, my connection keeps dropping randomly, and sometimes it just refuses to connect at all. I’ve tried restarting my phone, reinstalling Shadowrocket UA WiFi, and even resetting my network settings, but nada.
Is it just me or are others dealing with this too? Maybe it’s something on their end? Idk, but it’s driving me nuts lol.
Also, if anyone’s found a fix, pls share! I’m kinda stuck here.
Thanks in advance!
Hey, I’ve been having the same issue with Shadowrocket UA WiFi lately! It’s super frustrating. I noticed it started acting up after the last iOS update. Have you checked if your phone’s OS is up to date? Sometimes that messes with VPN apps. Also, try switching servers in Shadowrocket UA WiFi—sometimes the default one gets overloaded.
If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend using a tool like PingTools to check your network stability. It’s free and helps pinpoint if the issue is with your connection or the app itself.
Yo, same here! Shadowrocket UA WiFi has been acting weird for me too. I thought it was just my phone, but I guess not. I found that turning off “Optimize Network” in the app settings helped a bit. Not sure why, but it’s worth a shot.
Also, have you tried using a different WiFi network? Sometimes the problem is with your router or ISP. If it works on another network, then you know it’s not Shadowrocket UA WiFi’s fault.
Ugh, I feel your pain. Shadowrocket UA WiFi has been super unreliable for me the past few days. I did some digging and found that clearing the app cache and reconfiguring the VPN settings helped. Maybe give that a try?
Also, if you’re on iOS, try disabling “Limit IP Address Tracking” in your WiFi settings. It’s under the “i” next to your network name. That fixed it for me!
Hey, I’ve been using Shadowrocket UA WiFi for a while too, and yeah, it’s been glitchy recently. I switched to using a different VPN protocol (like WireGuard) within the app, and it’s been way more stable. Maybe give that a shot?
Also, check out sites like DownDetector to see if others are reporting issues with Shadowrocket UA WiFi. Sometimes it’s just a server-side problem, and you gotta wait it out.
Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried switching servers in Shadowrocket UA WiFi, and it seems to be working better now. Still not perfect, but at least it’s not dropping every 5 minutes lol.
I also checked DownDetector, and it looks like there were some server issues earlier this week, so maybe that was the problem. I’ll try the DNS changer app and the static IP thing next if it acts up again.
Appreciate all the help! You guys are lifesavers.
Same issue here! Shadowrocket UA WiFi keeps dropping for me too. I tried everything—restarting, reinstalling, nada. Then I found this forum thread suggesting to toggle airplane mode on and off before connecting. Surprisingly, it worked!
Also, make sure your Shadowrocket UA WiFi app is updated. Sometimes the devs push fixes without much notice.
I’ve been having the same problem with Shadowrocket UA WiFi. It’s so annoying! I switched to using a DNS changer app alongside it, and it’s been way better. Try using something like Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 app—it’s free and might help stabilize your connection.
Also, double-check your subscription status. Sometimes the app acts up if your plan expired or something.
Hey, I had the same issue with Shadowrocket UA WiFi last week. Turns out it was my router’s firewall blocking the VPN. I disabled it temporarily, and everything worked fine. Maybe check your router settings?
Also, try using a different VPN app like Surfshark or NordVPN to see if the problem persists. If it does, it’s probably not Shadowrocket UA WiFi’s fault.
Same here! Shadowrocket UA WiFi has been a mess lately. I found that using a static IP instead of DHCP on my phone helped a lot. It’s a bit technical, but there are guides online if you’re not sure how to set it up.
Also, try connecting to a 5GHz WiFi band if your router supports it. It’s faster and more stable than 2.4GHz, which might help with the drops.
