Anyone else getting a YouTube proxy error? How to fix it? or Why am I seeing a YouTube proxy error an

UGH. youtube proxy error ruined my vibe today.

Here’s what worked for me: disable hardware acceleration in Chrome settings. Weird, but it did the trick.

Also, check [downforeveryoneorjustme.com](https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com) to see if YT is down for others.

VPNs? Sometimes they’re the culprit. Try without one first.

Yo, thanks for all the replies!

Tried flushing DNS and switching to Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1—worked like magic. Still weird that the youtube proxy error popped up outta nowhere though.

Gonna test without my VPN later. If it acts up again, I’ll try the user agent trick.

Appreciate the help, fam! 🚀
