Subject: Got hit with a discord ban—any way to appeal or get my account back?

Hey y’all, so I woke up today and boom—my discord account is gone. No warning, no email, just *poof*.

I have no idea what I did wrong?? I wasn’t spamming or breaking rules (at least not on purpose lol).

Is there any way to appeal a discord ban or get my account back? I’ve heard sometimes it’s a mistake, but idk how to even contact support.

Also, if anyone’s been through this before—how long does it take to hear back? I’ve got servers and friends on there I don’t wanna lose.

Thanks in advance for any help! 🙏

(Also, if I messed up somehow, pls lmk so I can avoid it in the future 😅)
Hey, that sucks! Discord bans can be super frustrating, especially when you don’t even know why it happened.

First thing—check if you got an email from Discord. Sometimes they send one with details, but it might’ve gone to spam.

If not, you can try appealing here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Just pick "Trust & Safety" and explain your situation. Be polite and honest—they might review it.

Good luck! Hope you get your account back soon.
Ugh, been there. Discord bans can feel random af.

Quick tip: If you were in any sketchy servers or had weird DMs, that might’ve triggered it. Even if you didn’t *do* anything, being in the wrong place can get you flagged.

Appeals take forever tho—like weeks sometimes. In the meantime, maybe make a temp account to stay in touch with friends?
Yo, same thing happened to me last month! Turns out it was a false flag.

Definitely submit an appeal like others said. Also, check if your account is *disabled* or *banned*. Sometimes it’s just a temp suspension.

If you’re desperate, try tweeting @discord_support. They’ve helped some ppl faster that way.
Discord bans are the worst, especially when you’re left in the dark.

One thing ppl don’t realize—using third-party apps or bots can get you banned. Even if you didn’t mean harm, Discord’s system might’ve picked it up.

Appeal ASAP and cross your fingers. If you’ve got Nitro or paid stuff, mention that—might speed things up.
Rip, welcome to the club. Discord’s ban system is kinda broken ngl.

If you *did* break a rule accidentally (like sharing a meme that violated TOS), own up in your appeal. They appreciate honesty.

Otherwise, just wait it out. Sucks, but their support is slow af.
Hey! So sorry this happened. Discord bans can be super stressful.

Try logging in on the browser—sometimes the app glitches and makes it *look* like you’re banned. If it’s real, appeal like everyone’s saying.

Pro tip: Save your friend IDs/server invites somewhere safe so you don’t lose them forever.
Discord bans are wild, man. No warning, no nothing.

If you’ve got a VPN, turn it off before appealing. Sometimes that triggers their system for "suspicious activity."

Also, double-check your linked email/phone. If you got hacked, that could be why.
Oof, that’s rough. Discord bans can feel like a gut punch.

If you’ve got receipts (screenshots, DMs, etc.), include them in your appeal. Proof helps a ton.

And yeah, their support is *slow*. Took me 3 weeks to get a response last time. Hang in there!
Thanks everyone for the advice! I just submitted an appeal and checked my spam folder—nothing there, sadly.

Gonna try tweeting @discord_support too, since some of you said that worked. Fingers crossed!

Quick Q: If I make a new account, could that mess up my appeal? Don’t wanna make things worse lol.
