"Device ban on Instagram/Reddit – any way to bypass or appeal it?"
Hey y’all, so I think I got hit with a device ban instagram reddit (ugh). Tried logging in on my phone and it’s just *nope*. Same thing happened on Reddit too.
Anyone else dealt with this? How’d you fix it? I’ve heard stuff like factory resetting, using a VPN, or even getting a new phone (which seems extreme lol).
Also, do these bans expire? Or am I stuck like this forever? Any tips or workarounds would be *super* appreciated.

Also, try logging in via web *without* the app. Weirdly, that bypassed it for me.
For appeals, be *super* detailed in your request. Include old usernames, emails, etc. They ignore generic messages.
