"Has anyone tried tailyogi? What’s your experience?"
Hey guys!
I keep seeing ads for tailyogi everywhere and I’m kinda curious. Looks like a mix of yoga and tail exercises (lol)? But does it actually work?
Anyone here given it a shot? How’s it for flexibility or strength? Also, is it beginner-friendly or do you need to be already fit?
Would love some real reviews before I commit. Thanks!

"Does tailyogi really help with back pain? Share your thoughts!"
Yo!
Dealing with some nagging lower back pain and stumbled on tailyogi. The before/after pics look promising, but ya know how that goes…
Has anyone here actually tried it for back issues? Did it help or just another hype thing?
Also, how long before you noticed any changes? Appreciate any honest feedback!

"What’s the best way to get started with tailyogi?"
Heyyy!
So I’m totally new to tailyogi and lowkey overwhelmed. There’s like a ton of videos and guides out there.
For those who’ve tried it—what’s the best way to start? Any tips for a noob? Should I just dive into the beginner routines or prep with something else first?
Also, how often did y’all practice to see results? TIA!
