"Smarty login not working—anyone else facing this?"
Hey guys,
Is anyone else having issues with Smarty login today? I keep getting stuck on the page, and it’s driving me nuts. Tried resetting my password, but no luck.
Maybe it’s just me? Or is Smarty login acting up for others too?
Quick fixes I’ve tried:
- Clearing cache/cookies (kinda helped once)
- Different browser (still nada)
- Restarting my router (lol, desperate much?)
If you’ve got any tricks, drop ’em below! Otherwise, guess I’ll just… stare at the login screen some more. 😅

Ugh, same here! Smarty login is totally busted for me too. Tried on my phone and laptop—both just spin forever.
Someone on Reddit said using a VPN fixed it for them? No idea why, but might be worth a shot.
Also, downdetector.com shows a spike in reports, so def not just you.
Hey! Had the same Smarty login issue earlier. Switched to incognito mode in Chrome and it worked?? No clue why, but maybe give that a try.
Also, if you’re on mobile, force-closing the app and reopening sometimes kicks it back to life.
Yep, Smarty login’s being weird today. Cleared cache, switched browsers, nada.
Then I checked their Twitter (@SmartySupport) and saw they tweeted about “intermittent outages.” So it’s probs on their end.

Pro tip: If you’re desperate, try the “forgot password” link even if you know your password. Sometimes it forces a reset and lets you in. Worked for me once!
Not just you! Smarty login’s been glitchy all morning.
I used “Down For Everyone Or Just Me” (downforeveryoneorjustme.com) to check, and yep—it’s down.
Their support chat is flooded too, so might just have to wait it out.

Weird fix: Disabled my ad blocker (uBlock Origin) and it loaded instantly. No idea why, but hey, it worked!
Had the same prob last week with Smarty login. Their app was buggy af.
Uninstalled + reinstalled, and boom—fixed. Maybe try that if you’re on mobile?
Classic Smarty login drama.
If you’re techy, try changing your DNS to Google’s (8.8.8.8). Sometimes their servers get fussy with ISP DNS.

Also checked Downdetector like someone said—yikes, big spike. Guess I’ll just wait it out.
Anyone know if Smarty usually fixes this fast? Their Twitter’s radio silent now. 😬
