It’s fun but don’t expect Netflix-level unblocking. YouTube’s detection is pretty good.

If you’re gonna set up your own proxy with YouTube, make sure to use a residential IP. Datacenter IPs get blocked fast.

I used Luminati (now Bright Data) for IPs, but it’s not cheap.
