Same issue here. Shadow rocket’s usually great but lately? Nah.
I found that using a wired connection (Ethernet) instead of Wi-Fi made a huge difference. Also, rebooting my router fixed some weird latency.
If you’re on Mac, Little Snitch can help monitor network traffic—might spot the bottleneck.

Tried the WireGuard thing and it’s way better—why didn’t I do this sooner? Also, switching to a nearby server like someone suggested helped too.
Still kinda bummed shadow rocket’s having issues, but at least there’s workarounds. Gonna test out ProtonVPN like a few of you mentioned.
