"Looking for web scraping freeware—any recommendations?"

I'm just starting out with web scraping and need something simple for small projects.
Any good web scraping freeware out there that’s beginner-friendly? Ideally, something that doesn’t require a ton of coding (but a little is okay).
I’ve heard mixed things about some tools—some are too limited, others are way too complex.
Would love to hear what’s worked for you! Free options only, please.
