I’ve been using Proxy-Seller for school, and it’s been pretty good so far. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s reliable and doesn’t get blocked as often as others.
As for VPNs, I’ve tried VyprVPN, and it’s decent, but I still prefer proxies for school because they’re faster and easier to set up.
