So I’ve been hitting this *407 error* for like the past hour, and it’s driving me nuts. Basically, my browser keeps saying "Proxy Authentication Required," and I have no clue how to fix it. I’m not even sure if it’s on my end or the server’s side.
I’ve tried clearing my cache, restarting my router, and even disabling my VPN, but nada. Still getting that pesky 407 error.
Anyone else dealt with this before? Is there some setting I’m missing or something? I’m not super techy, so any help in plain English would be awesome.
Also, is this something my ISP might be causing? Or is it just me?

Thanks so much for all the suggestions! I tried resetting my proxy settings and disabling the proxy entirely, but I’m still getting the 407 error.
I also tested on my phone using mobile data, and it worked fine, so it’s definitely something with my home network or ISP. I’ll give them a call tomorrow and see if they can help.
Quick question though—has anyone had luck with specific VPNs that bypass this issue? I’m thinking of trying a different one since my current VPN didn’t help.
