"Are Disvoshocks Becoming More Common, or Is It Just Me?"

Hey y’all,

So… anyone else noticing disvoshocks happening way more often lately? Like, I swear I used to go weeks without one, but now it’s like every other day. Wtf is going on??

Last night, I got hit with a *major* one outta nowhere—total vibe killer. My friend said they’ve been experiencing it too, so I’m not just imagining things, right?

Is this some weird glitch in the matrix, or are disvoshocks just the new normal now?

Also, side note: anyone got theories on what’s causing them? Bad wifi? Solar flares? Aliens? (lol but seriously…)

Pls share your experiences or wild guesses. I’m lowkey freaked out.

*P.S. Sorry for typos, typing this on my phone after another disvoshock. Ugh.*
Yo, same here! Disvoshocks have been *wild* lately. I used to barely notice them, but now? It’s like the universe is glitching.

I read somewhere that electromagnetic interference (EMI) from all the new 5G towers might be messing with our vibes. Could that be it?

Also, try grounding techniques—literally standing barefoot on grass or using a grounding mat. Sounds woo-woo, but it helped me reduce the frequency.

---
*P.S. Found this site that tracks EMI spikes: [EMFwatch.com]. Maybe worth checking?*
Ugh, disvoshocks are the worst. I’ve been tracking mine in a journal, and yeah, they’ve doubled in the last month.

My theory? It’s not just wifi or solar flares—it’s *stress*. The world’s a mess rn, and our energy fields are taking hits.

Try meditation or even just unplugging for an hour. Also, black tourmaline crystals (lol, I know) but they’ve weirdly helped.

---
*Side note: The app “VibeTracker” lets you log disvoshocks and spot patterns. Might help!*
Not just you! My whole discord group’s been complaining about disvoshocks lately.

One dude said his smart meter was causing his, so he shielded it with foil (yes, really). Could be worth testing if you’ve got one?

Also, anyone else notice they happen more during full moons? Spooky.
Disvoshocks? More like *disvo-annoying*.

I swear mine spike when I’m near power lines or after binge-watching Netflix. Maybe screen fatigue?

Try the 20-20-20 rule (look away every 20 mins) and see if it helps. Or… maybe we’re all just doomed.

*Shrugs in disvoshock.*
Okay, wild guess: what if disvoshocks are tied to Schumann resonances? The Earth’s frequency has been acting up, and some say it affects people.

I started using a white noise machine at night, and it’s cut mine by like 50%. Could be placebo, but idc—it works.

*Here’s a site that live-updates Schumann spikes: [SpaceWeather.com].*
Bro, disvoshocks are *everywhere* now. I asked my techy friend, and he said it might be from all the new IoT devices crowding frequencies.

Try resetting your router or using a Faraday pouch for your phone. Sounds extra, but hey, worth a shot.

---
*Also, avoid cheap electronics—they’re apparently worse for this.*
I’ve been getting disvoshocks nonstop since I moved apartments. Turns out my new place is near a cell tower. Coincidence? Probably not.

If you’re renting, maybe check the EMF levels in your place? There are cheap meters on Amazon.

---
*Also, salt lamps. Idk why, but they help me.*
Wow, thanks for all the replies! Y’all are legends.

I’m gonna try the grounding thing and that EMI site first. Also, *yes* to the full moon theory—I checked my notes, and it lines up. Wild.

New question: anyone tried those EMF-blocking stickers? Do they actually work, or is it snake oil?

---
*P.S. Still blaming aliens until proven otherwise.*
Disvoshocks are *definitely* more common now. My theory? We’re all just more sensitive to energy shifts because… well, look at the world.

I’ve been using binaural beats to recalibrate, and it’s made a difference. That, and less caffeine.

*Try the “Brainwave” app—it’s got free tracks for energy balancing.*
