Has anyone found a reliable TikTok scraper for data extraction?

Hey y’all,
So I’ve been trying to find a solid tiktok scraper for a project I’m working on. Anyone got recs?

I’ve tried a couple but they either break after a few days or just don’t pull the data I need. Like, why’s it so hard to find a reliable tiktok scraper these days?

Also, free ones are cool but I’m willing to pay if it actually works lol. Just don’t wanna waste time on something that’s gonna flake out.

Any tips or tools you’ve used? Or am I just doomed to keep searching? 😅

Thanks in advance!
I feel you on the struggle of finding a good tiktok scraper! I’ve been using Apify’s TikTok Scraper for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid. It’s not free, but it’s worth the price if you need consistent data.

It pulls hashtags, comments, and even user profiles without breaking. Plus, their support team is pretty responsive if something goes wrong. Def recommend checking it out!
Yo, I’ve been down this rabbit hole too lol. I tried Octoparse for scraping TikTok data, and it’s been decent. It’s got a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty powerful.

The free version is limited, but the paid one is worth it if you’re serious about your project. Just make sure to tweak the settings to avoid getting blocked.
Honestly, I gave up on free tiktok scrapers. They’re either too slow or just stop working after a few days. I switched to Phantombuster, and it’s been a game-changer.

It’s not the cheapest, but it’s reliable and pulls all the data I need—videos, comments, you name it. Plus, they have a free trial if you wanna test it out first.
Have you tried Scrapy? It’s not TikTok-specific, but you can customize it to scrape TikTok data. It’s open-source, so it’s free, but you’ll need some coding skills to set it up.

I used it for a project last month, and it worked pretty well once I got the hang of it. If you’re okay with a bit of a learning curve, it’s a solid option.
Wow, thanks for all the suggestions, y’all! I’m gonna check out Apify and Phantombuster first since a few of you mentioned them.

I tried Scrapy last night, and it’s a bit too technical for me right now, but I’ll keep it in mind if I need something more customizable.

Also, has anyone had issues with TikTok blocking their IP? I’m worried about that happening if I scrape too much. Any tips on how to avoid it?

Thanks again for all the help—this thread has been super helpful! 😊
Dude, I feel your pain. TikTok scrapers are so hit or miss. I’ve been using DataMiner for a while, and it’s been pretty reliable.

It’s a browser extension, so it’s easy to use, and it pulls data directly from the site. It’s not perfect, but it’s way better than most of the other tools I’ve tried.
If you’re willing to pay, check out Bright Data. Their TikTok scraper is top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s super reliable and pulls data super fast.

I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it hasn’t let me down yet. They also have a free trial if you wanna test it out first.
I’ve been using ParseHub for scraping TikTok data, and it’s been pretty good so far. It’s not the fastest, but it’s reliable and easy to use.

The free version is limited, but the paid one is worth it if you need to scrape a lot of data. Just make sure to set it up correctly to avoid getting blocked.
Man, I’ve been through so many TikTok scrapers, and most of them are trash. I finally settled on ScrapingBee, and it’s been a lifesaver.

It’s not free, but it’s super reliable and pulls all the data I need without any issues. Plus, they have a free trial if you wanna test it out first.
