"Has anyone tested https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo for IP geolocation accuracy?"

Hey folks,

Just stumbled on https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo (oops, typo lol) and was wondering if anyone’s actually checked how precise it is for geolocation?

Like, does it nail the city/region or is it way off sometimes?

Also, does it update in real-time or just pull cached data? Would love to hear your experiences before relying on it.

Thanks!

"How reliable is https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo for proxy checks?"

Yo,

Anyone used https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo to verify proxy IPs?

Does it catch datacenter IPs or just give generic info? Some tools are hit or miss, so curious if this one’s worth it.

Also, how often does it refresh? Thx in advance!

"What’s your experience with https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo?"

Sup,

Tried https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo to check proxy locations, but not sure if it’s always accurate.

Sometimes it’s spot-on, other times… meh. Anyone else notice inconsistencies?

Or am I just using it wrong? Lol.

(Let me know if you want any tweaks! Kept it casual and mixed in some typos/formatting.)
I’ve used https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo a few times, and it’s decent for basic geolocation.

Not always pinpoint accurate though—sometimes it’s a city or two off.

For real-time updates, it seems to refresh pretty fast, but I’d cross-check with ipinfo.io or maxmind.com if you need higher precision.
Yo, tried it for proxy checks and it’s… okay?

Catches datacenter IPs most of the time, but I’ve seen it miss a few.

If you’re serious about proxy detection, maybe pair it with ip2location.com or proxycheck.io for better results.
https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo is hit or miss for me.

Sometimes it nails the location, other times it’s way off—like putting me in a different state lol.

For real-time accuracy, I’d recommend testing with a VPN to see how it handles changes.
Used it to verify some residential proxies, and it’s alright.

Not the best, not the worst.

If you need something more reliable, check out ip-api.com—it’s free and pretty accurate for most use cases.
Thanks for all the feedback, folks!

Sounds like https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo is okay for quick checks but not super reliable.

Gonna test ipinfo.io and ip-api.com like some of you suggested.

Anyone know if those update faster or just pull cached data too? Appreciate the help!
Honestly, https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo is kinda basic.

It gets the job done for casual checks, but don’t rely on it for critical stuff.

For deeper insights, try db-ip.com or whatismyipaddress.com.
It’s decent for a quick lookup, but I wouldn’t call it super precise.

Noticed some delays in updates too—like it’s pulling cached data sometimes.

If you need real-time, maybe give ipgeolocation.io a shot.
Mixed feelings about this one.

Works fine for general IP info, but geolocation can be shaky.

For proxy detection, I’d suggest using it alongside whoer.net for a second opinion.
Tried https://checker.soax.com/api/ipinfo and it’s… eh.

Accuracy varies—sometimes spot-on, sometimes not even close.

If you’re testing proxies, maybe pair it with brightdata.com’s tools for better results.
