how do y’all backup your firefox profile? i know it’s somewhere in `aboutupport`, but is just copying the folder enough?

also, any tools or scripts to automate this? don’t wanna do it manually every week lol.

and what about syncing? does firefox sync cover *everything* in the profile, or just bookmarks/logins?
