"Is the groovy computer language still a good choice for scripting and automation today?"
Hey folks! Been using groovy for years, but lately I'm wondering if it's still worth it? Like, with all the new shiny tools out there (Python, JS, etc.), does groovy still hold up?
I love how it plays nice with Java and the syntax is so clean, but is it still widely used? Or is it kinda fading?
Also, how's the performance for automation tasks? Anyone still using it daily? Would love to hear your thoughts!

*or*
"What makes the groovy computer language stand out for Java devs?"
Java devs, what's your take on groovy?
I mean, it feels like Java's chill cousin—less boilerplate, more fun. But what do you actually use it for? Scripting? Testing? Gradle stuff?
And does it really save time, or is it just a "nice-to-have"? Spill the beans!

*or*
"Why should I learn the groovy computer language in 2024?"
Alright, convince me. With so many languages out there, why bother with groovy?
Is it the Java integration? The scripting ease? Or just cuz it's... groovy? 😎
Seriously tho, what's the killer feature these days? Give me your best pitch!
