Looking for a reliable British proxy – any recommendations? or Which British proxy services actually

Here’s a natural, forum-friendly post:

Hey folks,

I’ve been trying to find a solid british proxy to access some UK-only content, but most of the ones I’ve tested are either slow or get blocked too quick.

Anyone got recs for a british proxy that actually works well? Needs to be stable and decently fast—none of that buffering every 5 seconds nonsense.

Bonus if it’s not crazy expensive. Cheers!

Or another variation:

Yo,

Which british proxy services are y’all using these days? Need one for streaming and general browsing, but half the ones I try are already flagged.

Preferably something with decent speeds and doesn’t drop every 10 mins. Free or paid, just wanna know what’s actually reliable rn.

Thanks in advance!

Either keeps it casual, keyword-focused, and forum-appropriate. Lmk if you’d tweak anything!
I've been using SmartDNSProxy for a british proxy and it's been solid for streaming. Not the fastest out there, but way more stable than the free ones.

They’ve got UK servers that rarely get blocked, and it’s pretty affordable. Only downside is the setup can be a bit fiddly if you’re not tech-savvy.
Yo, NordVPN’s british servers are my go-to. Works with BBC iPlayer and stuff no problem.

Speed’s decent, and they’re always adding new IPs so it doesn’t get flagged as quick. A bit pricey tho, but worth it if you need reliability.
Try Windscribe’s british proxy servers! They’re not as well-known, so less likely to be blocked.

I’ve been using their paid plan for a few months now, and it’s been smooth for browsing. Speeds are hit or miss during peak times, but it’s cheap.
Honestly, most free british proxies are trash for streaming. I gave up and just got Surfshark.

Their UK servers are fast, and it’s one of the cheaper VPNs out there. No buffering issues so far, and it works with ITV Hub too.
If you’re okay with spending a bit, ExpressVPN’s british proxies are top-tier. Super fast and rarely detected.

I’ve tried a bunch, and this one’s the only one that doesn’t drop mid-stream. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
ProtonVPN has some decent UK servers, and they’re pretty good at avoiding blocks.

Not the cheapest, but their free tier might work if you just need light browsing. Paid plans are faster tho.
Been using HideMyAss for a british proxy, and it’s been surprisingly reliable.

Speeds are good, and they’ve got a ton of UK IPs so you can switch if one gets blocked. Not the most private option, but great for streaming.
Check out PrivateVPN’s UK servers. Small provider, but their british proxies are underrated.

Fast enough for HD streaming, and they’re not as crowded as the big names. Plus, it’s cheap af.
For a free option, Hola VPN sometimes works for UK content, but it’s sketchy and slow.

I’d recommend just paying for a proper british proxy like CyberGhost. Their UK servers are consistent, and it’s not too expensive.
