Looking for a Reliable YouTube Proxy Service – Any Recommendations?

Hey guys,

So, I’ve been trying to access YouTube from my college network, but it’s blocked (ugh, I know). I’ve heard about using a YouTube proxy service to bypass this, but I’m not sure which one’s reliable.

Anyone got recommendations for a good YouTube proxy service? Preferably something fast and doesn’t buffer every 2 seconds lol.

Also, if it’s free or cheap, that’d be a bonus. Not tryna spend a fortune just to watch some vids, ya feel me?

Thanks in advance! 🙌
Yo, I feel your pain! College networks can be so annoying with their blocks. I’ve used a YouTube proxy service called "Hide.me" before, and it worked pretty well for me. It’s free for basic use, and the speed is decent enough for watching videos without constant buffering.

Just make sure to pick a server close to your location for better speed. Good luck!
Hey! I’ve been in the same boat. Honestly, free proxies can be hit or miss, but I’d recommend trying "KProxy." It’s free, easy to use, and doesn’t require any downloads.

Just go to their site, paste the YouTube link, and you’re good to go. It’s not the fastest, but it gets the job done for casual browsing.
Lol, college networks are the worst. I’ve used "VPNBook" as a YouTube proxy service, and it’s been pretty reliable. It’s free, but they do have ads, so be ready for that.

The speed is okay for videos, but if you’re streaming in HD, it might buffer a bit. Still, it’s better than nothing!
If you’re looking for something fast and reliable, I’d suggest "Hola VPN." It’s not exactly a YouTube proxy service, but it works similarly and unblocks YouTube like a charm.

The free version is decent, but if you want no buffering, you might wanna consider their premium plan. It’s not too expensive, and it’s worth it if you watch a lot of videos.
Wow, thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I tried KProxy and ProxySite, and they both worked pretty well. KProxy was a bit faster for me, so I’ll probably stick with that for now.

Quick question though—has anyone tried using a YouTube proxy service on mobile? I’m wondering if it’s as easy as on desktop. Let me know!
Dude, I’ve tried so many free proxies, and most of them are trash. But "ProxySite" is one of the better ones I’ve found. It’s super simple—just type in the YouTube URL, and you’re set.

It’s not perfect, but it’s free and doesn’t require any setup. Give it a shot!
Honestly, I’d recommend just getting a cheap VPN instead of relying on a YouTube proxy service. I use "Surfshark," and it’s been great for unblocking stuff.

They often have deals, so you can get it for like $2 a month. Way better than dealing with slow proxies, imo.
I’ve used "CroxyProxy" for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid for accessing YouTube. It’s free, and the speed is decent enough for 720p videos.

Just keep in mind that free proxies can be a bit slow during peak times, but it’s still a good option if you’re on a budget.
Hey! I’ve had good luck with "ZenMate" as a YouTube proxy service. They have a free browser extension that’s super easy to use.

It’s not the fastest, but it’s reliable and doesn’t buffer too much. Plus, it’s free, so you can’t really go wrong.
