I'm comparing static residential ISP proxy providers for a project and want to test a few options before scaling up.
The locations I need are London, Tokyo, Berlin, Mexico City, and several US locations.
So far, I'm considering Bright Data, Oxylabs, and IPnivo. Are there any other providers worth looking into? City-level targeting accuracy is my main concern, so I'd appreciate any firsthand recommendations.
