Yo, I’ve tried a ton of free socks5 proxy software, and most of it is garbage. But I’ve had some luck with Hotspot Shield’s free version. It’s not socks5-specific, but it works well for basic stuff.
Another one to check out is TunnelBear’s free plan. It’s limited, but it’s safe and doesn’t come with malware.
