What’s the best way to set up a reliable SOCKS proxy server? or How does a SOCKS proxy server improve

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone!

I ended up testing ProxyRack and Windscribe based on your recs.

ProxyRack was *blazing* fast, but Windscribe’s free tier was surprisingly good for a quick fix.

Gonna give TorGuard a shot next—seems like a good balance.

Anyone know if they offer a trial? Don’t wanna commit blind.

Appreciate the help!
For a mix of speed and reliability, I’d say give StormProxies a try.

Their socks proxy servers are fast, and they rotate IPs automatically.

Supports SOCKS5, and they don’t log traffic.

Only downside is their plans are a bit limited on bandwidth.
