"What's the easiest way to extract data from a website without coding?"

Hey everyone!

I’m kinda new to this but need to extract data from a website for a project. Problem is, I don’t know how to code (yet lol).

Are there any *no-code* tools or methods you’d recommend? Free options would be awesome, but I’m open to paid ones if they’re worth it.

Also, how reliable are these tools? Don’t wanna waste time if the data comes out messy.

Thanks in advance!

Yo!

Trying to extract data from a website but overwhelmed by all the options out there. Some say Python, others recommend browser extensions... idk what to pick.

What’s your go-to method? Preferably something simple and fast.

Bonus points if it’s free or cheap!

Thanks Smile

"Is there a free way to extract data from a website reliably?"

Hey folks!

I need to extract data from a website regularly, but my budget’s tight. Tried some free tools, but they either break or give incomplete results.

Anyone know a *free* method that actually works long-term? Or am I stuck learning to code?

Appreciate any tips!
Hey! If you wanna extract data from a website without coding, check out ParseHub. It’s a no-code tool that lets you scrape data just by clicking on what you need.

Free version has limits, but it’s great for small projects. For reliability, it’s pretty solid—just avoid super complex sites.

Also, Octoparse is another good one, but the free tier is slower.
Yo! I’ve been using Web Scraper (it’s a Chrome extension) for quick stuff. Super easy—just point and click to extract data from a website.

Downside? It struggles with dynamic content sometimes. But for basic tables/lists, it’s clutch. And yeah, totally free!
If you’re looking for a free way to extract data from a website, try Import.io. It’s no-code and works well for structured data like product listings.

Reliability? Hit or miss on super complex sites, but for most stuff, it’s decent. Paid plans are better, but the free tier might work for you.
Honestly, if you’re doing this regularly, learning a tiny bit of Python with BeautifulSoup isn’t that hard. But if you’re dead set on no-code, Data Miner is another solid Chrome extension.

Free version lets you scrape 500 pages/month. Not bad!
I’ve used Scraper (simple Chrome extension) for years to extract data from websites. It’s dumb easy—just right-click and go.

But yeah, it’s basic. If you need anything fancy, you’ll hit limits fast. Still, for quick one-offs, it’s golden.
For a free, no-code option, try Outwit Hub. It’s a bit old-school but gets the job done for simple scraping.

Reliability? Meh. Sometimes you gotta tweak it, but it’s better than nothing. Paid tools like Diffbot are way more robust, though.
If you’re on a budget, check out Instant Data Scraper. It’s a free Chrome extension that works surprisingly well for tables and lists.

Not perfect, but for zero coding? Can’t complain. Just don’t expect it to handle JavaScript-heavy sites.
Hey! I’d recommend trying Apify’s no-code scrapers. Some are free, and they’re way more reliable than random extensions.

Downside? The good stuff is paid, but their free tools are worth a shot if you’re just testing the waters.
Wow, thanks for all the suggestions! I tried Web Scraper and it worked for my first test run.

But now I’m wondering—how do you guys handle sites that block scrapers? Got any tricks for that, or do I just switch tools? Appreciate the help!
